Lonnie has been active in Colorado Springs Real Estate sales and marketing since 1976. He was a broker associate with the Ingels Company for five years prior to the opening of his own company, L J White & Associates, in 1981. In 1988, he merged his company with The Shields Corporation where he expanded his new homes sales and marketing company. He started developing a network between new home projects, Real Estate Companies, and Relocation Companies. In 1992, Lonnie joined Fidelity Real Estate where he founded and became President of the only NEW HOMES DIVISION in Colorado Springs. After three years of success, and persuasion from his son Chad, he opened PARADIGM REAL ESTATE with a new vision to expand his company to even greater heights.

Due to his long time experience and expertise, he is frequently sought out to speak on the subject of new homes sales, marketing and developments. Lonnie stays abreast of the latest ideas in these areas through consistent attendance at continuing education courses and seminars, and holds the exclusive CRS and e-PRO Designations. Lonnie's dedication and leadership in the housing industry during the past years, along with his outstanding sales achievements, keen foresight, and scrupulous reputation has helped him win the prestigious M.A.M.E. award for "Best Realtor Salesperson Of The Year" and also the coveted M.A.M.E. award for "Best New Homes Realtor Salesperson Of The Year". Education and Professional Association:

Lonnie graduated from Northern State University in 1971 with a B.S. degree in secondary education. He was a teacher in South Dakota until his move to Colorado Springs in 1976. He began his career in Real Estate and achieved his broker's license in 1978.
