Chad has been in the real estate business since 1988, and has specialized in leading edge marketing techniques for the company. Chad is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a major in marketing. When he first entered the business, he used his computer expertise to create new ways to market homes. His experience with computers and their benefit for real estate is unmatched. He has implemented many of the company’s marketing technologies and is the creator of the company’s “New Home Project Cooperating Brokerages Network System”, which is the only one of its kind in Colorado. Chad has held seminars for Realtors on using computer technology in the real estate industry. He also has been a consultant for some of the Front Ranges largest real estate companies.
Chad’s achievements go well beyond the scope of real estate, and actually started during his early days of school. In high school, his dedication earned him the honor of being selected as one of the top musicians in the United States and the prestigious honor of McDonald’s All –American. During his college years, Chad founded his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, and in two years from its founding, the chapter became the university’s leading fraternity on campus. In the community Chad gives his time to various charitable organizations and is a committee member of the Colorado Springs "YOT Club". Chad is truly a professional who is dedicated to create a “Paradigm Shift” in the real estate industry.
